M.O. Cleaning Services has a 48-Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy.

 

If you miss your appointment or cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the full price of your service. However, if the appointment is rescheduled before the time we show up at your business or residence and within a 7-day time period, we will waive any fee.*

 

If you are a NO Show/ No Answer, you will be charged for the full price of your service.

Our scheduling is completed based off of geographical regions.When there is a gap due to a cancellation, we need to spend extra money on gas and for labor for our workers who are waiting to clean their next location. In order for us to keep our prices low we must follow this policy. By scheduling your appointment on our website or by phone, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy for M.O. Cleaning Services as described above.
